A few sentences about your team, what you're seeing, and what prompted you to look at this is enough to get an opening response. We usually reply within a business day.
What happens next
Once the booking is confirmed, you'll receive a calendar invitation with the call details. There's nothing to prepare before joining.
If it leads to a fit, the next step is a one-page proposal sent within a few business days of the call: scope, duration, fee structure, and the outcome metrics we'd both agree on. That proposal is the basis for the engagement contract. If it doesn't reflect what we actually discussed, we adjust it until it does.
