Halfcycle ("we") operates this website at halfcycle.ai. We collect only the information you choose to share with us — for example, when you book a discovery call through our scheduling widget, or when you email us at hello@halfcycle.ai.

We and our analytics providers use cookies and similar technologies on this site to understand how it is used. We use Microsoft Clarity for product and user analytics; Microsoft processes that data under its own terms — see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Information you share with us by booking a call or sending an email is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to manage the engagement lifecycle that follows, if any. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Booking widget data (name, email, time slot) is processed by the booking platform we use (currently Brevo). See Brevo's privacy policy for details on how they handle that data.

You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@halfcycle.ai. We respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe.

UK and EU residents: under GDPR, you have additional rights including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email us and we will assist.
